Orthotics are a really useful tool that support and realign the biomechanics of the lower limb, pelvis and spine. Generally they are best used for 4 to 8 weeks, this allows the injury to heal and a corrective exercise program enough time to strengthen any weaknesses. Custom made orthotics are very expensive and often unnecessary, a good quality off the shelf insole will be perfect for most people.

These medium density orthotics have been designed to fit in most shoes, making them compatible with all types of footwear. They can be used for sports shoes if required, although we would also recommend this full length version if you’re doing lots of running, as the 3/4 length can occasionally cause blisters.
This is the premier option for active people who play a lot of sports. These orthotics have a shock absorbing pad in the heel and forefoot which helps to decrease impact when running. These pads are combined with a moisture wicking topsheet designed for athletes sweaty feet.
